The room was spotless and had a comfortable bed, along with thoughtful amenities like a shower cap and toothbrush, and I enjoyed the bonus of a city view.

I felt not very comfortable with the security level in this hotel. The access from lobby to lift is open eventhough around 11.30pm.

The room is spotless, comes with bath and toiletries, for instance. Its location is marvellous, a few steps away from Ganesha Shrine...

Conveniently located near major shopping districts and public transportation. The hotel room was quiet, great for light sleepers, and had a pleasant scent. The staff was helpful and accommodating. There is a 7-Eleven nearby for convenience.

Very neat,comfortable with all facilities. Close to all big shopping malls.. Staff also excellent.

Breakfast can be improved.

Location: the hotel was right by shopping area, like platinum mall, central world and Big C, shopping malls, flea markets, train station, and restaurant. Had nice dainties at Jim Thomson Cafe, located near the property. There were functional, beautifully designed rooms with nice french style design. There were an electric kettle and a refrigerator, appreciated it.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of a bustling shopping district and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. the location couldn't have been better. It was right next to a skywalk that conveniently connected me to major shopping areas and the BTS. I was able to easily explore the best places to shop and eat without any hassle. Secondly, the hotel offered great value for money. I booked a room on the 3rd level, which had a comfortable king bed and was in good condition. The breakfast, served through Agoda, was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and professional, and the basic amenities provided were just what I needed for a comfortable stay.

the service was excellent. when we asked for the location of the chicken rice, the staff brought us to the place their own since we found it complicated to get there. strongly recommend for budget stay in bangkok. it was just 15 mins walk to siam and just opposite to central world.

I found the staff most helpful especially Miss Poo. Everyone had a smile for us, the chamber maid, the cook .... Breakfast was more than adequate, with a choice.

The hotel's location is ideal as it is situated close to shopping malls, making it easy to access all of them. transportation facilities are readily available, and it is close to the prime area, making it convenient to move around. The hotel has great cleanliness and excellent staff who are friendly and helpful to guests.

We would like to have a room with one big bed but all of them were full. We have to stay in a room with two beds.

This hotel may not be the fanciest, but it definitely offers great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is commendable. The location in a major shopping district is perfect for those who love to shop till they drop. Plus, the staff provides excellent service and are always there to assist you. The rooms, with their comfortable king beds, are in good condition and the breakfast served is a satisfying way to start the day.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms.

The location of the hotel is great for shopping in Pratunam with plenty of food stalls nearby, and it's easy to grab a taxi from there. It's also located in the center of Thailand, and close to major shopping malls like Centralworld and Platinum Fashion Mall.

The hotel's breakfast was not impressive, just a basic American breakfast without juice or coffee refills.

Great location, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast. the hotel is located in the heart of the shopping district which was perfect for our stay, with many shopping centers and restaurants within walking distance. the staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. the included breakfast offered great options to start the day right.

The room had some minor issues such as poor water pressure and an aged shower screen, which could use some updating. the pillows were also quite hard which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

The room was small and cramped, not suitable for a long stay or to work from. The bathroom was not clean and smelled bad.
